Summer Casual

At this years fun Summer Party we enjoyed a smoked lobster salad before tackling BBQ Ribs and Chicken. Three Zinfandels, probably being the least understood of Californian wine varieties, were poured blind. Don Emmons, our Wine Chair, led us in our understanding of them. We dined in the glamorous, private dining room of the San Francisco Symphony known as the Wattis Room, eating family style with bibs!  At the end of the evening the majority of members voted to add some Zin’s to our cellar.
