The Workshop event was unbelievable. So many outstanding dishes — the black truffle gnocchi and the duck were memorable and in the running for dish of the year from my perspective. I loved the Cobb riesling and the Littorai pinot noir. I was suprised at how well the 2005 Spottswoode cab paired with the duck. Thanks to Matt and Don for organizing this epic event!
